We will endeavour to provide uninterrupted, error free access to the website, however this can not be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet. On occasion your access may be suspended or restricted to allow updates, upgrades or repairs and we will try to ensure that this is for the shortest time possible.

Pricing
All products offered for sale by Swansea Bay History Shop.Com are priced in pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable.
Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility.
Occasionally, despite our best endeavours products appear mispriced, however we verify prices as part of our order confirmation email. If the correct price is lower than that promoted we will always charge you the lower amount and send you the product. If the correct price is higher, we will either contact you to advise you and request instructions before despatch or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.
Payment
We accept online payments through PayPal by credit or debit card.
Please do not email us your card details as no responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way.
Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution.
Returns
If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you return the goods to us within 10 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or refund.
You will be required to arrange and pay for the return; the item(s) should be well packed and clearly labelled and you should enclose your name, address and order number or the returns form.

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage because we do not compensate for damaged or lost returned parcels. You will be responsible for the cost of returning cancelled or unwanted goods.
Customs
Goods ordered from www.swanseabayhistoryshop.com for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the parcel reaches it’s destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you the customer as we have no control over any possible charges and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country.
